

HPV Cancer Free Georgia is a statewide initiative focused on preventing HPV-related cancers through vaccination and education. This initiative is a part of the Georgia Cancer Control Consortium (GC3), which is overseen by the Georgia Department of Public Health and facilitated by the Georgia Health Policy Center within Georgia State University. As part of the GC3, the roundtable has contributed to the development of Georgia’s Comprehensive Cancer Control Plan and supports its implementation, with a focus on two key objectives:

Our goal is to provide evidence-based, comprehensive information about the HPV vaccination series to parents of adolescents and children in Georgia to increase knowledge and understanding of the importance of HPV vaccination.
